Refund Policy

This is the entire refund policy for Element Digital. It is short by design. The rules below apply across all three products: Element Chatbot, Element Voice, and Element Website.

Setup fees are non-refundable

For every product that has a setup fee, the setup fee is collected after the product is built and delivered to you. You see the finished work first. If you accept the build and pay the setup fee, the setup fee is yours — we have already done the custom build work, and the setup fee is not refundable under any circumstance after payment.

• Element Chatbot ($199 setup): we build, you review, you pay if you want it. Once paid, non-refundable.
• Element Voice ($499 setup): we build, you review, you pay if you want it. Once paid, non-refundable.
• Element Website ($349 starting): we build, you review, you pay if you want it. Once paid, non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions are not prorated

The monthly subscription on any Element Digital product begins on the day the product is deployed and live, not the day you sign up. From that day, billing recurs monthly until you cancel.

Cancellation always takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a month.

This applies identically to:

• Element Chatbot — $99/month
• Element Voice — $149 / $249 / $399 per month
• Element Website hosting add-on — $29/month

14-day free trial — how cancellation works

Element Chatbot and Element Voice both come with a 14-day free trial of the monthly subscription. The trial begins when the product is deployed and live.

• The setup fee has already been collected at the point of build-acceptance, before the trial begins. The setup fee is not refunded if you cancel during the trial.
• If you cancel within the 14-day trial window, you simply do not enter monthly billing. No monthly charge is ever billed.
• If you do not cancel within the 14-day window, the first monthly invoice is automatically generated on day 15.

Element Website — build first, pay if you like it

Element Digital builds your website before you pay anything. You see the finished site. If you like it, you pay the $349 one-time fee (or whatever the agreed amount is for a larger custom build) and the site goes live under your domain.

Once you have paid and the site is live, the one-time fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.

You have a 7-day revision period after delivery during which we will make reasonable revisions to the site at no cost. After day 7, revisions are billable at our standard rate.

Hosting subscription ($29/month)

If you have purchased the optional Element Website hosting add-on, the same rules as every other subscription apply: no prorated refunds, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

How to cancel

Email elementdigitalllc@gmail.com with the product you want to cancel and the business name on the account. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be billed again.

Disputes

If you and Element Digital cannot agree about whether this policy applies, the dispute resolution process in our Terms of Service governs (good-faith email discussion first, then binding arbitration in Monroe County, New York if needed).
