No. We set everything up, run it, and maintain it. You get the results and one point of contact.
I already have a website. Is that a problem? +
Not at all. We'll look at what you have and tell you straight whether it's worth improving or replacing, and the assistant can be added to a site we didn't build.
Can you help with something that isn't a website or a chatbot? +
Bring it to us. Tell us what's costing you customers and we'll tell you whether we can fix it. If we can't, we'll say so and point you to someone who can.
How do payments work? +
Payment terms are part of your quote, including any ongoing amount for hosting and upkeep. Nothing recurring gets added without your sign-off.
What if I want to stop? +
Ongoing arrangements can be ended with written notice as described in your quote. You keep what you've paid for, and we stop billing for what we no longer provide.
